  • 1977
    Mr. LU SHUI WANG of KINEX TRADING CO., LTD. invested NTD 30 million and established this factory for manufacturing bronze valves and fittings.
  • 1978
    The factory imported auto-machinery, and one stop production from casting, machining, assembly to complete products. And also we had quality inspection equipment, thread gauge, center testing instrument, etc.
  • 1980
    The factory developed foreign market to USA, CANADA, MIDDLE SOUTH AMERICAN, and got the qualification of qualified export supplier from Bureau of Standards, Metrology Inspection, M.O.E.A., R.O.C.
  • 1981
    The factory invested additional NTD 30 million and changed company name to KING GATE Metal Corp. At the same time, we purchased precision inspection instrument and established R D department.
  • 1982
    The factory got CSA certificate and built a long-term relationship with China Steel Corporation.
  • 1984
    The factory built quality control system and got the highest honor of the first class quality control factory from Bureau of Standards, Metrology Inspection, M.O.E.A., R.O.C.
  • 1985
    The factory expanded foundry, built new building office and planed new production line. And also we got the order of large size MOV butterfly valve for Chinshan nuclear power plant and Kuosheng nuclear power plant (Taiwan Power Company).
  • 1986
    gate valve and swing check valve certified to Chinese National Standards （CNS）and entered to Japan market.
  • 1987
    For bronze valve, the factory cooperated with USA FAIRBANK Company; for stainless steel valve, USA SMITH Company offered their technical support. We also imported six machines for stainless steel valve machining and got UL/FM certificate.
  • 1988 year
    The factory purchased high-precision BAIRD Optical Emission Spectrometer material analysis equipment to improve material quality control and upgrade and replace high frequency furnace to increase production capacity.
  • 1989
    Ball valve certified to Chinese National Standards （CNS） and got honor of led Export Supplier. We developed ductile iron steam valve.
  • 1991 year
    The factory offered OEM service for Netherland ECONOSOT, JAPAN EB ARA, SHOWA, KYORITSU. We purchased auto cone machine and auto shell mold machine to increase products quality.
  • 1994
    KING GATE deluge valve for fire protection system was the first one getting approval from Chinese National Standards （CNS）. Purchased four ROTARY TABLE TYPE DRILLING TAPPING MACHINE for improve quality.
  • 1996
    Deluge valve for fire protection system was the first one passed Fire-Fighting Appliances Review and licensed by the National Fire Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
  • 1997
    The factory got ISO 9002 certificate and purchased new air pollution control facilities to protect environment.
  • 1999 year
    The factory purchased high-precision Lapping Machine, to achieved metal to metal valve seat Zero leakage.
  • 2000
    The factory purchased 1000kg destructive testing machine, to increase R D ability.
  • 2001
    The factory purchased giant Valve testing Machine. Improve the ability totest large size valves.
  • 2002
    The factory got ISO 9001 certificate, containing gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, check valve, deluge valve,　Y-type strainer, butterfly valve, foot valve, angle vale.
  • 2004
    Computerized management by import the ERP system.
  • 2005
    Set up clean working area with electro polishing(EP) machine, automatic welding machine and helium leak detector inspection facilities, Ultra clean bellows sealed valves for semiconductor industry production starts.
  • 2007
    New factory buildings and production scale expanded.
  • 2010
    The factory purchased Tongtai HB500 Horizontal Machining Center, to increase produces precision and productivity. Shorten the production process.
  • 2011
    The factory purchase 2 seats automated storage and retrieval system(ASRS), provide efficient material handling solutions.
  • 2013
    Purchased Hydrostatic Valve testing Machine for Class150 ~ Class 900 flanged valves.
  • 2014
    The factory purchased Tongtai HB630 Horizontal Machining Center, to increase produces precision and productivity. Improve the ability to make large size valves.
  • 2015
    The factory got API-602, API-6D certificate.
  • 2015
    The capital increase NTD 100 million. The total capital is NTD 160 million.
  • 2016
    The factory purchased Germany ORBIMAT 165CA automatic closed orbital welding machine, to improve the welding quality.
  • 2017
    Addition 2 seats automated storage and retrieval system(ASRS)
